Built for demanding workshop use, the Axminster Professional AP315CPS 315mm Panel Saw combines precision engineering with a robust construction to deliver accurate, repeatable cutting performance across a wide range of sheet materials. A twin motor drive system powers both the 315 mm main blade and the 120 mm scoring blade independently, running at 4,500 rpm to produce clean, precise cuts with significantly reduced tear out, particularly when working with veneered boards, laminates and other delicate surfaces. The blade tilts from 0-45° and offers an impressive maximum depth of cut of 95 mm at 90° and 67 mm at 45°, giving excellent versatility for both straight and angled work.

Handling large panels is made easier thanks to the 1,600 mm precision sliding table, engineered for smooth travel and rigidity to support wider workpieces and maintain cut accuracy. The heavy duty crosscut fence assembly features a large section fence with robust, adjustable stops, allowing fast setup and highly repeatable crosscuts. For ripping operations, the reinforced steel frame supports a generous cutting capacity, offering up to 900 mm ripping width and a maximum cutting width of 1,260 mm with the fence in position. This makes it ideal for wide sheet materials.

An integrated overhead crown guard protects the user while also improving extraction efficiency. The machine is fitted with a 125 mm dust outlet and requires a minimum airflow of 1,500 m³/hr to maintain a clean working environment.

Constructed for long term reliability, the saw features a solid steel chassis, a cast iron main table measuring 535 x 800 mm, and a frame mounted trunnion system for increased stability and accuracy. The sliding table measures 1,600 x 360 mm with a full 1,600 mm stroke, while the machine’s substantial 400 kg net weight further contributes to vibration free operation and precision cutting.
