505084 Co-Matic ST92A Stationary Table Kit

This table kit enables the portable edgebander to be used in a stationary mode. This is very useful when carrying out multiple similar tasks such as a batch of table tops or drawer fronts. It also enables very thin or curved work to be edged without putting stress onto the work. An embedded power outlet and switch allows a convenient method of switching the edgebander on or off during working, much easier than groping around on the machine for the switch!

You can also mount the PD80 Trimmer onto the table, a simple task which takes a couple of minutes. A floating adjuster device enhances the trimming precision for perfectly trimmed edges every time. A set of clever magnetic sliding pads allow you to support the workpiece level to stop accidental nicks.

The dispenser wheel is adjustable to allow a variety of banding reel diameters to be fitted. There is also an integrated guillotine fitted to minimise wastage. Four mini vacuum handles are supplied; attached to the workpiece they allow a tight grip to be maintained whilst not marking the surface.

The whole table can be folded into itself for portability, but is probably best suited to bench mounting in the workshop.
