We provide this support service to all our customers, not only to those purchasing products from our outlets. Whereas for the products we distribute and retail we always have spare parts available, we will go out of our way to repair even those products which we do not stock or which were not purchased from our outlets. In either case we strive to provide you with an efficient and prompt service. Repairs are normally carried out within two days.
